Design process: website design to stimulate shoppers

When I started this project, my most important thing was how users could best understand what the Hybrid Bike store was offering. I consulted a number of websites to get an overview of how they display their products and how they bring their brand identity to the web. They all have their own characteristics and there are some rules that I can recognize in terms of providing the most specific perspective of the product to customers.

Photos represent website colors

With the unique nature of a high-end and highly flexible product line, I chose a dark background for my website to reflect the color of the high-quality carcon fiber material. But, I don't use black with shade #000 because this will make website users feel visually uncomfortable if they have to look at it for too long. I chose a lighter black color for the website to help relax the user's eyes. Besides the black background color and white text, I also use a gradient color combination of orange and purple blue. Orange represents dynamism, agility, and agility, which are characteristics when using a product such as a high-tech bicycle. Purple blue represents harmony, technology and trends, creating a feeling that is not too classic but still has a modern look.

The photo represents the website's logo

To further strengthen the store's brand, I designed the store a logo with a minimalist and high-tech style. With the image of an athlete with their sports bike, I stylized and minimally redrawn the image to create an attractive and effective logo image. The logo will use two main colors, black and white, to highlight the logo on the dark background of the website.

In order to have a website that provides the best product information for customers, I have arranged the information and content appropriately and neatly, helping readers have the best overview of the product. products, from here helping customers to understand more quickly about the products and service quality that we provide.

Images provided on the website are also an important factor to help buyers decide whether to buy the product or not. I have selected appropriate and high-quality images to help users have a more specific perspective on the product. Besides, I also paid a lot of attention to content when providing users with specific, concise information to help users grasp more information about the product. I also planned the content in the navigation buttons so that when users perform actions, they will be more interested, not just giving the feeling that it is simply a button to click.

To do the above, I consulted sources from bicycle brands so they could provide the most accurate images of the products. Besides the Unplash website, I used some images on this website to get high resolution photos. Not only that, I have carefully considered and selected the images on unplash to achieve balance and harmony with the style of the website because I know that to achieve the best visual effect, the images must be in harmony with the style of the website. must also be provided in a reasonable manner and have commonalities with the main design style. Ultimately, I was hoping this would be a good website that could provide users with products that could stimulate and encourage them to go to the store to shop.
